About Pryma Mobilier
Pryma Mobilier is a gallery specialising in 20th-century designer furniture and lighting, situated in the heart of Lausanne, Switzerland. Founded by Boris Wiasmitinow, our gallery focuses primarily on the golden age of design, spanning the years 1950 to 1980.
For the past 14 years, we have been meticulously selecting iconic pieces by the world’s leading designers, as well as anonymous creations chosen for the excellence of their craftsmanship and their aesthetic appeal. We have a preference for Scandinavian, Danish and Italian pieces, whilst also offering a carefully curated selection of Swiss, American and French design.
We regularly showcase creations by design icons such as Hans J. Wegner, Charles & Ray Eames, Poul Henningsen, Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé, Le Corbusier, Franco Albini and Alvar Aalto in our showroom.
In addition to our sales gallery, our services extend to providing bespoke support for collectors and architects We offer our expertise in the authentification and valuation of your possessions, the purchase of your design pieces, as well as the handling and management of entire estates.
We are committed to promoting 20th-century furniture heritage and sharing with you the history inherent in each object, its technical characteristics, the quality of its materials and the original artistic vision of its creator.
